Our business has been fully operational as we worked from home but...We are pleased to be back at the office!
For maximum safety Noel, Mike & Cheryl are staggering their hours at the office.
You will always find someone available during business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
We offer many options for your questions and reviews:
1. Virtual meetings: Why not meet up with Noel or Mike through Facetime or Teams? Call us and we will book a time to initiate the "face to face" meeting. Investia has developed an electronic signature tool and direct deposit options that make purchases, withdrawals, switches and changes as easy as the click of a mouse or a touch of a screen! Many of you who have dealt with us in the last few months will be familiar with these features.
2. Office meetings: Comfortable to come to the office? We have many protocols in place to ensure your safety and ours.
3. Phone meetings: Prefer to shelter at home and uncomfortable with technology? We are happy to chat by phone and any necessary paperwork can be mailed out for you to look over, sign and return by post.
Email note: we can answer general questions via email but due to a lack of security, we neither accept specific trading instructions nor send or receive confidential information by email.
We strongly encourage our clients to register for the Investia client portal. (link below) It offers a wealth of information and is a secure place for us to exchange sensitive documents and instructions.
